After years of testing different formulas, we can now proudly say that we are the world's first supplier of aquafaba.

Our aquafaba is of high quality, foams well, has a shelf life of up to 24 months and is clean label. This means that we have not used any additives to thicken the aquafaba.

In addition to liquid aquafaba in consumer packaging, we also have aquafaba in powder form. The powder form is ideal for large-scale consumption and foams extra well.

No more eggs.

Aquafaba is a protein substitute. There are endless possible applications. For example, you can whip aquafaba. You then get a substance similar to beaten egg whites. This is ideal as a vegan or if you cannot tolerate eggs. In baking recipes, where you use the egg as a binder, you can use aquafaba as a substitute. For example, in cookies, brownies or cakes.

But you can also use aquafaba to froth cocktails. Your cocktail will always have a nice layer of foam.
